Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with receipt to our UK office for a refund on the following conditions:

1. You must contact us within seven days of your order’s arrival, either by email to info@nicolahall.com or by telephone on 020 8144 7627 advising us in advance of the return.

2. Artwork must be returned in its original packing and undamaged to the NicolaHall.com office. It must be returned within 14 days of your order's arrival with you. Keep that packaging -- we won't accept a return in anything else.

3. You are responsible for shipping the painting back to us. You must contact us so we may advise the method of shipping required for that particular painting.

Providing you fulfill the above three conditions, we will arrange for a refund of the cost of the artwork less the return shipping costs to your credit card.
